Schedule and time allowance

Due to the volume of the schedule speakers are asked to acknowledge equal opportunity to other colleagues. Each presenter has 15 minutes for the presentation. Therefore we kindly ask you to prepare and rehearse the presentation in order to meet the expected time allowance. Please take in consideration that exceeding the expected time not only interfere with other presentations in the same session but may also cause delays in other sessions during the day. Please, introduce yourself to the moderator and bring a usb stick with your presentation before the beginning of your session. Q&A are at the end of the session.

Provisional programme

The programme is available on this page. The Organizing committee encourages everyone to attend the entire conference, especially as the event was planned to not have parallel sessions and to allow everyone to watch all the presentations. Despite this, we know that attending a conference often depends on other arrangements.
We kindly ask all the participants to confirm their attendance filling up this form by the 14th of April.

Over 70 submissions!

First and foremost, thank you very much for your candidacy for the Time in Space 2019 Conference. We have received over 70 submissions, with a wide variety of provenances, research problems, themes, time periods, and spaces. We hope it will be possible to send letters of acceptance directly to the emails of the proposers, by the end of the month.
